Admissions Friday Night (rainbow) Lights

Friday Night (rainbow) Lights is a drop-in group for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQQ) teens held at the Marlboro College Graduate School, in Brattleboro, Vermont. The social and support group takes place from 6:00-8:00pm on the first Friday of each month. It's a place where teens can relax, watch a movie, play a board game, vent, bond and talk about whatever they want.

Marlboro College had top ratings (#8) in The Princeton Review's Best 373 Colleges for being LGBT-friendly, and the Friday Night (rainbow) Lights is considered a valuable extension of that perspective and an ideal use of the graduate school space in Brattleboro. “We work so hard at Marlboro College to create a climate where difference can be discussed and embraced, and are thrilled to offer this opportunity to the local community,” said Ken Schneck, dean of students, Brattleboro select board member and host of the radio program This Show is SO Gay.
