Marlboro, Vermont -- On Monday, November 15, at 7 p.m. in
Marlboro College's Whittemore Theatre, Dr. Cynthia Radding speaks
about Wandering Peoples and Meandering Historians: Signposts Along
the Roads of Ethnohistory and Environmental History of Latin America."
Radding, assistant professor of history at the University of Chicago,
specializes in the history of Latin America in the colonial and
early national periods, ethnohistory, peasant studies, and comparative
frontiers. This event is part of the continuing lecture series "El
Medio Ambiente: Cultural and Environmental Landscapes of
Latin America."
