BRATTLEBORO, VT - On Friday, May 5, at 3 p.m., Marlboro College freshman Katie Swisher and Marlboro College Music Professor Luis Batlle perform works by Bach and Beethoven in Marlboro College's Whittemore Theater. This event is free and open to the public.

Swisher is presenting this performance as a culmination of her one-on-one violin tutorial with Batlle this spring. She will play Bach's Sonata No. 2 for Violin and Piano in A Major and Beethoven's Sonata No. 1 for Violin and Piano in D Major, with Batlle accompanying her on piano.
