NewsPress Release: 2/1/01 Marlboro College Welcomes Back Tricia Theis
MARLBORO, VT - Tricia Theis, Marlboro College alumna, was recently hired by Marlboro as development associate.
Graduating in 1999, Theis wrote her Plan of Concentration, Marlboro's version of an undergraduate thesis, on writing, literature and poetry. Theis has worked in a Boston veterinarian clinic as an tech person, and in Anchorage, Alaska, working for an all-natural cosmetics company. Prior to being hired by Marlboro she worked for the Winston Prouty Early Learning Center in Brattleboro.
For Marlboro, Theis writes, and designs Marlboro's family newsletter, and she writes for Potash Hill, the magazine of Marlboro College. Besides assisting with processing donations and keeping in touch with alumni, she also plans special events, like family day and alumni day at Marlboro.
