NewsPress Release: 2/15/02Sculptor Wade Kramm Gives Gallery Talk at Marlboro College
MARLBORO,
VT - On Tuesday, February 26, at 4 p.m., in Marlboro College's
Drury Gallery, sculptor Wade Kramm will be giving a gallery talk
in conjunction with his exhibit. He will describe the techniques
he uses in his work, what inspires him, and how he manages to so
deftly boggle the mind's eye.
Kramm has been described as "a conceptual trickster with a wry sense of humor." Using everyday, mundane materials, Kramm evokes philosophical and perceptual theories which question perception itself.
Admission to the exhibit and gallery talk is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are from 1 to 5 p.m. Sundays through Fridays. The gallery is fully accessible.
