BRATTLEBORO, VT – An installation of a work in progress by Marlboro College alum Sara Andrews will be presented at this month¹s Gallery Walk on Friday, December 6th. Andrews' work will be shown in the Persons School of Marlboro College, in the Marlboro College Technology Center. The work to be shown will be drawn from a larger, on-going project. Andrews uses landscape images printed onto hand-applied emulsion, collage, and found or fabricated artifacts to draw the outline of a story about real fictions. Her work represents found pieces of a journey documented and cataloged and the calculations of a man trying to locate himself in the landscape and in time. Andrews' work will be shown during gallery walk, with the opening reception at 5:30 p.m. running through 8:30 p.m. Ample free parking will be available at the Technology Center, at 28 Vernon St., for gallery walk.
