Offices Autocomplete From Personal Address Book
If you would like Webmail to autocomplete from your personal address book you must tell it where that address book is and what fields to search within that address book.
- Login to Webmail
- Expand the Options menu
- Click on the Mail option
- Click on the Address Books section
- Highlight your address book on the left and click the arrow to move it to the right-hand box
- Highlight your address book (now in the right-hand box)
- Click on the first item in the lower box (First Name), hold down the shift key and click on the last item in the lower box (Email)
- Click Save Options
Addresses from your personal address book should now appear in the drop-down menu when you address your messages.
