Job Description:
Technical Support Assistants will aid the Technical Support Coordinator and the Academic Technology Coordinator in providing computer support to the Marlboro staff and faculty, respectively. Over and above the responsibilities of a Computer Lab Monitor, a Tech Support Assistant will be expected to assist IT staff with special projects and be more freely available to assist faculty and staff directly.
Skills Required:
Some previous experience with either the Mac OS or Windows as well as a working knowledge of both. Own transportation is helpful. Must be reliable, friendly and patient. Must also be comfortable speaking with staff, faculty and students individually and in groups.
