Job Description: Assisting the Program Director directly in the performance of duties related to the Outing Programs. Operating the college gear rental and check-out programs. Performing various duties necessary for the maintenance of program equipment. Performance of duties/tasks deemed pertinent to program activities by the director.

Skills Required: An approved college "student driver" status preferred. To be self-motivated. To be able to follow detailed or general instructions. A broad working knowledge of outdoor sports and indoor recreational activities. Some group facilitating skills. Ability to convey enthusiasm about program activities. First aid training preferred. National certifications and related fields a bonus.
