Accelerated Master's Track

If you are passionate about the arts, the environment, education, social issues, or anything else you can write a Plan of Concentration about, there is an organization out there with similar goals for you to help manage. Marlboro's Master of Science in Management or MBA program is the transformative experience you need to be a leader and innovator in such an organization, or even start your own. Building on the business skills of finance, human resources, and organizational leadership, these management programs offer six areas of concentration to suit a broad range of interests, ranging from Social Innovation to Sustainable Food Systems. The flexible course schedule allows you to work in the field of your choice while you gain new expertise for transforming vision to action in just over a year.

Many undergraduate courses of study at Marlboro would serve as a valuable foundation for the MSM or MBA programs, from environmental studies to visual arts. During your junior and or senior, you will complete up to 8 credits of graduate coursework, including Foundations of Project Management, Thriving in Teams & Organizations, and an elective of your choice. During your post-graduate year, you will choose a concentration, take classes specific to that concentration, and complete a two-trimester, self-directed Capstone project. Students are encouraged to work, intern, or volunteer while engaged with the grad program, and the college provides support for internship placement.
