Dining

Eating well and choosing healthy foods is an important foundation to thinking clearly and being successful in your studies.

Marlboro is fortunate to be located in a region where fresh and local foods are abundantly available, and to have a dining hall staff committed to healthy nutrition. The dining hall offers a wide variety of food selections to suit everyone’s tastes and needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Other dietary concerns can be accommodated upon request—in fact the staff is responsive to any suggestions, whether it’s “more gluten-free pizza, please,” “more spice in the curry,” or “more arugula for the salad bar.”

If you are in the mood for a burger, quesadilla, or sumptuous sweet potato fries, there is also the option of the coffee shop, located in the campus center, a stone’s throw from the dining hall. Manned by fellow students, the coffee shop offers typical cafe fare with a Marlboro flare. It’s also the only place within ten miles to find hot espressos and lattes, steamed up on our very own espresso machine voted on and paid for by Town Meeting.
