At the Rice-Aron Library, we strive to support the teaching and research of our community while enhancing intellectual curiosity and encouraging lifelong learning. Our resources are intended to advance these goals.
Core Research Resources
Search Discovery to access thousands of journal and newspaper articles, streaming music, and ebooks at your fingertips, and our Catalog for books, films, scores, and much more. Our collection contains a carefully curated, interdisciplinary mix of databases, journals, audio-visual material, and print material to support inquiry and scholarship. With a robust interlibrary loan service, the world’s libraries are open to you.
Subject and Research Guides
The subject specialists have written a number of subject guides to help you select the best possible resources for conducting research in various disciplines. They have also created class-specific course guides, which are designed to enhance a library instruction session.
The librarians at the Rice-Aron Library are here to answer any and all research questions, whether you’re in the beginning stage of a project and in the process of refining a topic or nearing the conclusion of a paper and need one or two additional sources to put the finishing touches on your argument.
