MARLBORO, VT -Marlboro College welcomes Abigail Hunt in the new position of admissions administrative assistant.

Hunt, a resident of West Dover, Vermont, brings to Marlboro more than 20 years of accounting and office experience gained while working for Mount Snow, Ltd. Most recently, she completed several computer and technology courses at the Community College of Vermont, where she worked for the past year as a computer lab assistant. As a veteran accountant and "survivor" of at least two implementations of new computer systems, Hunt is a valued addition to the admissions team.

Founded in 1946, Marlboro College offers undergraduate education in the liberal arts and, since 1997, graduate study focused in Internet technologies. Its 300 undergraduate students enjoy a 7:1 student-faculty ratio, a voice in governing the community, and individualized courses of study on a 300-acre campus in the hill of southern Vermont. Marlboro's nearby Brattleboro-based Persons School features three master¹s degree programs ­ Internet Strategy Management, Teaching with Internet Technologies, and Internet Engineering. The Brattleboro campus is located in the Marlboro College Technology Center, which brings together education and entrepreneurship, while offering technology resources to the community.
