Campus Safety Navigation

With its pastoral landscapes and small communities, Vermont has a reputation for being relatively free from many of the criminal dangers that beset more urban areas.

While that reputation is well-deserved — Vermont is ranked 49th among U.S. states for violent crimes per capita in the most recent census numbers, which is reflected in the infrequent occurrence of crimes on our campus — crimes can still occur. We encourage all current and prospective community members to familiarize themselves with the following information in order to help keep themselves and our community safe.
