Enrollment/Degree Verifications

Marlboro College uses the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications.

Students and former students with Nook log-ins can print or download enrollment certificates for free at any time of day to send to health or auto insurers or any other organization requesting proof of enrollment. Accessing the Clearinghouse through Nook also enables viewing enrollment information on file and student loan deferment notices and proofs of enrollment the Clearinghouse has provided.

Students who do not have a Nook log-in may contact the National Student Clearinghouse directly at degreeverify@studentclearinghouse.org or (703) 742-4200.

If you would like the Registrar’s Office to produce an enrollment verification on letterhead or you need a third-party form completed, please fax or email a written request to (802) 257-4154 or registrar@marlboro.edu. Your request must include: name of student, semester to be certified, name and address or fax number of recipient, name, phone number and email address of person making the request (in case we have questions), and any other relevant information that we should include in our letter. Certifications of enrollment requested in this manner are also free of charge but take longer to process. In most cases, students should allow 3-5 business days for these requests.

Please note that only tentative enrollment verifications can be produced for any given semester until after the drop deadline.
